JTEX ENERGY COATINGS
Why Use JTEX Energy Specialties Coatings?
Listed below are unique benefits of utilizing JTEX Energy Specialties cutting-edge coating technologies. Superior Product JTEX coatings is a cutting-edge solution to an ongoing industry wide problem. These products are ceramic based, requiring only a 2-3mil thickness as opposed to all polymer-based products which require 20-30 mil thickness and multiple applications. This reduction in product application allows the applicator to yield more volume while reducing costs, and NO VOC’s! These coatings are very durable, allowing a margin of error with construction crews who often “nick or ding” polymer-based products leading to quick failures and reapplication. Personnel & Management When a customer chooses to utilize one of JTEX Energy Specialties products, the customer benefits from our inventory management program which results in faster lead times and increased quality control. JTEX Energy Specialties brings a combined 30+ years of experience in the industry, including production & facility management, downhole knowledge, and chemical management in high volume, highly corrosive environments. ESG Certified Application contains zero harmful VOCs providing a clean, healthy, and safe environment for application and service. The only mixing agent is fresh water. Heat Resistant to 4000 degrees and Zero corrosion The initial corrosion trial test was performed with a coupon coated and submerged in the Atlantic Ocean for 1-year. It was then pulled and displayed zero corrosion and/or barnacle growth. JTEX 213 coating is perfect for high temp environments, i.e. heater treaters and firetubes where hot spots and corrosion continue to be an issue. Multiple firetubes have been installed in the field, nearing 30 months in service without a failure to date. Additionally, there have been numerous field applications of valves, vessels, and piping in high volume, high corrosive, and high stress environments. Pricing Because of the yield volume of our 213 product, an operator and applicator will reduce costs with more coverage and less product. |
